This time we get into the technical down-and-dirty
of engine and tranny mount mounting, build some pyramids, and…
…basically redesign the backbone of the frame on the fly…
Here is an example of our CNC cut mounts (available on the site) with the
end-mill- miter-cut (in this case, our standard 17 degrees) radius (per tubing
size).

Below is a picture of the rear motor mount and the front tranny mount in the
jig. Normally these fit-ups would be water-tight since the mounts are end-mill
cut for exact tubing size and seat post angle degree, but since we are using
square tubing we will have to make adjustments when we go to weld. Or, cut some
mounts without the radiuses.
